2020-12-02 17:38: Dec 2 - 5:37 PM: All FAST Cloud services have been restored. Dec 2 - 3:42 PM: At roughly 11 PM Dec 1st, there was a report about specific services not being online. Upon further investigation, there were significant outages that required intervention. The FAST Cloud infrastructure suffered several concurrent hardware failures which brought down the environment for an extended period of time. 90% of the environment/resources are back online. Full restoration of services will be by 5 PM Dec 2.
